<p>It’s a great time to be looking for a job in Australia, with the unemployment rate at just 4.2%. Economists believe that figure could drop even lower and Seek just recorded the most jobs ads in its 25-year history.</p>
<p>James Nicholson, Asia / Pacific CEO of global recruitment firm Robert Walters, says salary offers are through the roof right now but warns it can't possibly last.</p>
